The Orleans-Niagara Teacher Center Consortium is made up of 12 districts from Orleans and Niagara counties, Orleans/Niagara BOCES and 15 non-public districts.

The Consortium is governed by a POLICY BOARD which consists of one teacher representative from each of the 12 districts, a BOCES rep, a non-public rep, a business rep, a parent rep, administrators and 2 higher education representatives. We have 5 full day meetings a year to plan the center's activities. For 2009-2010 year our meeting dates are 9/03, 10/29 (Retreat), 1/22, 3/25 (NCCC) and 5/21.
